This winter, Mia learned to skate. Her friend had an extra pair of skates. He persuaded her to go with him one Saturday afternoon in February. She borrowed the skates and went skating.

It was cold outside. They wore hats, scarves, and mitts to keep warm. He showed her how to put on the skates. He helped her walk onto the ice. He showed her how to start moving. He also showed her how to stop. She moved very slowly at first and lots of people skated past her. When she fell, nobody laughed at her. Instead, they helped her get back up. She thanked them. She kept trying. Soon she felt much better. She liked skating.

Cheetah - Report Text

CHEETAH The cheetah is a large cat native to Africa and central Iran. It is the fastest land animal, estimated to be capable of running at 80 to 128 km/h. Cheetah can run fast because of its long thin legs and a long tail. Cheetah body length is typically reaches 67–94 cm. Adults weigh between 21 and 72 kg (46 and 159 lb). Its head is small and rounded, and has a short snout and black tear-like facial streaks. The coat is typically tawny to creamy white or pale buff and is mostly covered with evenly spaced, solid black spots. Four subspecies are recognised. The cheetah lives in three main social groups: females and their cubs, male groups, and solitary males. While females lead a nomadic life searching for prey in large home ranges, males are more sedentary and instead establish much smaller territories in areas with plentiful prey and access to females. The cheetah is active during the day, with peaks during dawn and dusk.   Question 1. What is the cheetah primarily known for?
